Customizations add a minimum processing time of 4 business days to your order, regardless of your selected shipping method. Depending on availability, customization of replica name and number set requests may take up to 7-10 days to process. If you have questions on the processing time of your order, please contact customer service. No returns will be accepted for customized jerseys. If you are ordering items in addition to your customized jersey, those items will not ship until your entire order, including the customized jersey, is ready to ship. You may return most items purchased at TodoFut.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items not subject to return are Custom Jerseys and/or worn or damaged items. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, for example wrong size of item shipped. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, click here.
